HotNewHipHop — Logo and Website Redesign

I was tasked to redesign the logo and website for HotNewHipHop.com. Although they did not update their website to my design, I still wanted to display it on my portfolio.

The logo is a play off of the 'Parental Advisory Explicit Content' badge which I felt works with the brand and I managed to keep the HNHH star used in a different way.

Because the HNHH website is content heavy, I wanted to keep it as minimal and simple as possible. All the content is displayed in 'cards' with an image, headline and sub-headline. They also all have category tabs that can be clicked and will then only display that category. The page is 'infinite scroll' so as you scroll down the page, more cards will load and appear continuously.
